1. About these terms

This website is operated by Coventry Coffee Company Limited (“Coventry Coffee Co”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at Rhodes House, Northfield Road, Southam, Warwickshire, CV47 0FG.

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

These terms cover use of the website itself. The supply, rental and servicing of coffee machines, coffee and consumables is governed by the separate written agreement, quotation or order confirmation between us and your business. Where those documents conflict with anything on this website, those documents take priority.

2. Using this website

We provide this site free of charge and for business use. We do not guarantee that it will always be available or uninterrupted, and we may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice.

You are responsible for making sure that everyone who accesses the site through your internet connection is aware of these terms and complies with them.

3. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the site in any way that breaches applicable law, or for any fraudulent or harmful purpose;
• submit false information, or make enquiries on behalf of a business without its authority;
• introduce viruses, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, our servers or any connected system;
• scrape, copy or systematically extract content from the site for commercial use without our written permission; or
• use automated means to submit our forms or place load on the site.

4. Intellectual property

We own or are licensed to use all intellectual property rights in this website and the material published on it, including text, photography, logos and page design. Those works are protected by copyright and trade mark law.

You may print or download extracts for your own internal business use in evaluating our services. You must not modify our material, use it commercially without a licence from us, or remove any accompanying attribution. Third-party brand names and machine manufacturer marks shown on this site remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Trade portal accounts

Trade portal accounts are provided to approved business customers. If you hold an account:

• you must keep your login details confidential and must not share them outside your business;
• you are responsible for orders placed through your account; and
• you must tell us promptly at info@coventrycoffeeco.co.uk if you believe your account has been accessed without authority.

We may suspend or withdraw an account where these terms have been breached, or where the underlying trading relationship has ended.

6. Quotations, pricing and orders

Prices and package details shown on this website are indicative and are not an offer to contract. Quotations depend on volume, machine specification, contract length, site conditions and location, and are confirmed in writing.

A quotation is valid for the period stated on it, or for 30 days if no period is stated. A contract is formed only when we confirm an order or quotation in writing, or when a signed rental or supply agreement is in place.

Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of VAT and of delivery, installation and training charges.

Orders placed through the trade portal are requests to purchase and are subject to our acceptance, stock availability and your agreed account pricing and payment terms.

7. Machines, rental and servicing

Machine rental, purchase, supply and servicing arrangements — including contract length, service response times, ownership of equipment, minimum volumes, breakdown cover and termination — are set out in the signed agreement between us and your business. Nothing on this website varies that agreement or forms part of it unless it is expressly incorporated by that agreement.

8. Accuracy of information

We take care to keep this site accurate and up to date, but content is provided for general information only. Specifications, images, availability and lead times can change, and case studies describe particular installations rather than a guaranteed outcome for your site.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, conditions and representations relating to the content of this site. You should confirm any detail with us in writing before relying on it.

9. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law.
