The Challenge
As with Hilton Leicester, Holiday inn south normanton faced ongoing problems with their previous coffee supplier. Machines were unreliable, prone to breakdowns, and service response times were slow. This caused operational issues during peak breakfast service and disrupted conference breakouts, creating a poor experience for guests and added stress for staff.
The Solution
Working in partnership with the management company, Coventry Coffee Company recommended and supplied two Krea Touch coffee machines for the breakfast area and two Krea Touch units for the conference breakout spaces. These machines were chosen for their reliability, speed, and ease of use, ensuring both hotel guests and conference delegates could enjoy high-quality coffee with minimal wait times.
